2013 WSMi at UNLV

The Worldwide SM Invitational is an opportunity for the professional players and NCAA’s top graduating senior basketball players to showcase their talents and skills before the general managers, coaches, and scouts from the D League, and the leagues in Europe, Australia, and Asia. The showcase is a proving ground for America’s top players and it gives professional teams an opportunity to evaluate the candidates that have the potential to compete professionally in the 2013-14 season.

The 2013 WSMi will be located at UNLV at the Student Recreation Center from July 15-16. Las Vegas and UNLV is the centerpiece to the NBA and professional basketball’s summer signing period. Players who wish to remain closer to home to pursue their NBA dreams know that they are performing before scouts from the NBA Developmental League. Other players will have a priceless opportunity to impress scouts representatives who are trying to find players to populate the top leagues in Europe, Australia, and Japan. European representatives from Spain, France, Israel, Germany, Poland, Italy, Finland, Holland, Sweden, Belgium, and Lithuania will have the opportunity to evaluate the future year of professional basketball. Having hosted previous showcases in New Jersey (The 2005 Jersey Shore Invitational) and Florida (The 2009 Orlando Invitational), Worldwide Sports Marketing is excited to bring a quality player showcase to Las Vegas.
